As the senior technology executive responsible for EY's Adobe, Customer Relationship Management (MS Dynamics) and Master Data Management (Profisee) platforms and product development, Jeff helps clients to achieve their business objectives through the inventive use of these technology platforms. While at EY, Jeff built a shared Adobe Platform and development framework to quickly and cost effectively deliver best-in-class personalized digital experiences across EY’s global enterprise. He also led the world’s first B2B implementation of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), providing EY with enhanced marketing and accounts insights. Prior to EY, Jeff worked in a variety of senior engineering and product roles at Georgia Tech Research Institute, Silicon Light Machines and Cypress Semiconductor, leading product research, design, and development. Jeff holds four U.S. patents for his work in telecommunications product design and manufacturing. Jeff also holds a BS in Accounting from Virginia Tech, a MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Georgia Tech and an MBA from Emory University.

Ajay Kapoor is a serial entrepreneur and award-winning corporate executive focused on driving transformation from startup to scaled enterprises by focusing on brand-led innovation to adapt to ever-changing consumer behaviors. He is currently the Global Director of Performance Driven Marketing at General Motors. In addition to other awards, Ajay has recently been recognized as Crain's Notable Leaders in Marketing (2023), Ad Age 40 Under 40 (2023), by the World Economic Forum as a Global Shaper, and is a 2024 Adobe Experience Maker award finalist for The Experience Maker Executive of the Year.

As the Head of Marketing Technology at Macy's, Gaurang has been driving product modernization efforts of their personalization journey and MarTech stack by providing strategic and technology leadership for customer data platform, journey orchestration, content management, offers decisioning, and loyalty platform.

Prior to joining Macy’s, Gaurang’s professional journey includes being Head of Marketing Technology at OneMain Financial, SVP, Marketing Technology at Bank of America, and Senior Director, Relationship Marketing at Charter Communications. In addition, he also served Lowe’s Home Improvement, and Wells Fargo.

Leading Adobe’s Services go to market requires deep understanding of technology, implementation, change management, customer adoption and success. A multifaceted background in Marketing, Sales, Business Development and Finance has equipped Rita to bring a unique perspective. Customer centricity and a deep understanding of market targeting is core to her approach, which she credits to the earliest days of her career in marketing. A trusted advisor to many customers, Rita is known for developing strategies that lead to significant productivity, revenue and profitability gains. With a distinguished 25+ year career at globally recognized and market leading organizations. Rita holds a bachelor’s degree in Business (Accounting and Finance) University of Technology, Sydney and an MBA from Australian Graduate School of Business at University of New South Wales.

Scott Bajtos has over 30 years of experience in the software/SaaS industry, specializing in end-to-end customer success, enterprise technical support, and global support strategy. Before Adobe, he was Chief Customer Officer at VMware, leading global support, services, and customer advocacy, and held similar roles at Business Objects and SAP. Scott focuses on meeting customers where they are by offering seamless and proactive support, anticipating their needs, and innovating solutions. As a servant leader, he's dedicated to building long-term partnerships and guiding his teams to excel. At Adobe, Scott's mission is to ensure every customer achieves success and becomes a customer for life.

Richard Harvey is the Director of Business Development within Adobe Professional Services. He has more than 20 years of experience leading some of the world's largest digital marketing and strategy programs in over 30 countries. He has worked extensively with many of the world's largest brands in every industry and leads innovation of new ideas at Adobe Professional Services.

Sean Rosenberg is the Global Director of Customer Value for Digital Experience Customer Engineering & Success. He is responsible for the methodology, tools and offerings that Adobe customers leverage to accelerate their path to value. These offerings are delivered by Ultimate Success teams who work with our customers to maximize value realization. Sean also works directly with customers to gather feedback on their value realization needs and test new tools &and offerings. He has partnered with customers including Verizon, Yahoo, Eli Lilly, General Motors, IBM/Red Hat, CVS Health and Macy’s. Prior to joining Adobe, Sean was a VP Client Services at customer experience agency Huge, where he lead digital strategy on behalf of American Express, General Electric, Calvin Klein, Rodale Publishing and other global brands.

Vasanthi Holtcamp, Vice President of Engineering at Adobe Inc, has a long career in technology spanning over three decades. After earning her MS in Computer Science, she advanced from a hands-on developer to leading engineering teams for consumer and enterprise products. Today, she runs the user experience engineering for DX products at Adobe. Her significant contributions to the company include the development of the Adobe Experience Platform, Real-Time CDP, and Adobe Journey Optimizer. Her career also includes pivotal roles at Microsoft, Informix, PWC, and Macromedia, where she led various new product initiatives. Vasanthi enjoys combining customer empathy and technical depth to integrate platform engineering with user experience and enterprise solutions. Vasanthi actively speaks at customer events and conferences, focusing on AI/ML's role in transforming enterprise systems. Committed to supporting women in tech, she has mentored in the Girls Who Code program, served on the board of Girls Middle School, and helped women at Adobe. Beyond technology, she is a passionate culinary enthusiast and a mother of three living in the Bay Area.
