Stefan has been a key leader in the Adobe Professional Services team since February 2019. He joined as a Consulting Sales Lead and during this time, Stefan has become an integral part of the Adobe Central Leadership team.
Prior to joining Adobe, Stefan gained over 20 years of experience within the IT solutions industry across several tech giants in the DACH region. Working for the likes of Oracle, Siemens, and Cisco has given Stefan various skills and knowledge in different technical areas, such as Communications Technology, Human Capital Management, CRM, and Customer Experience Management, which he brings to Adobe Professional Services.
Stefan's wealth of experience is a welcome addition to the team. His expertise aligns with Adobe Customer Solutions' main objectives to help customers realize value. Stefan tells, "My work has always focused on customers and how to jointly optimize their business needs through intelligent technology solutions, and with Adobe, I am doing exactly that."
The Adobe Customer Solutions team aims to accelerate our customers' journey to becoming what we class as an 'Experience Business.' Consultants partner and expertly advise to deliver outcome-based and scalable strategies that realize the value of Adobe solutions. As Consulting Sales Lead, Stefan's priorities are to equip the team to engage and problem-solve; Stefan commented, "In the end, it's all about setting up our customers to succeed when using our software solutions." By bringing together great consultants and architects, Adobe can provide the best-in-class experience for our customer's end-users.
Since joining Adobe Professional Services, Stefan and his teams have celebrated more than 1,200 customer engagements and over 150 successfully realized projects across the Adobe Digital Experience portfolio. This incredible accomplishment is no easy feat. Every customer is unique, meaning that there is no quick fix. As a service, we tailor each solution to meet complex transformation requirements to achieve the desired outcome.
Taking the learnings from previous years, Stefan is focusing more on Value Realization: realizing the benefits of Adobe solutions to achieve the intended Key Business Objectives. Stefan is passionate about helping customers understand The Why and The How of Sales and Marketing and supporting brands in acquiring and converting new consumers. He aims to build visions and help Adobe customers discover real-time business value from their solutions. Looking to the future, Stefan is excited to continue creating new connections and shaping exceptional customer experiences.
