Welcome to Adobe Professional Services EMEA News, where we will share all the latest exciting news, updates, people changes and events from the teams, to keep you in the know.
After months of preparation and planning, Adobe EMEA Summit 2023 is over, and everyone in Adobe Professional Services is just coming down from the excitement and buzz of an amazing few days.
Packed full of masterclasses, customer events and meetings, our teams hosted and engaged customers, ironed out any challenges they faced and discovered more opportunities for them to continue to transform their businesses with our services.
Summit got underway on the evening of Wednesday 7th June, before the conference began, with events across London, hosting our most valued customers.
Plateau restaurant, located at Canary Wharf was the venue for one such event: an evening of fine dining, enjoyed with the stunning backdrop of London’s skyline.
Chris Bartlett, VP, Consulting Services EMEA welcomed our guests from various companies with a toast, after allowing plenty of time for mingling and networking over cocktails and canapes. The deeper conversations were had next when our team and customers sat down to dinner. The evening was a great success with many guests staying for several hours after the venue closed, deeply engaged and fascinated with our team.
Over at the Royal Dock, Victoria, the Sunborne super yacht hotel was the venue for an intimate gathering, especially for one of our clients, that very same evening. Our dedicated account team kicked off with a glass of champagne and the main event was a specially curated three course meal. The team really connected over dinner with the conversation flowing about everything from Adobe products to alcohol flavours! Our guests thoroughly enjoyed themselves and stayed until the venue closed.
The Adobe Customer Solutions area of the booth was buzzing with energy all day as our team welcomed a steady stream of customers. We enjoyed concrete conversations and were focussed on helping our clients to elevate their digital transformation and reach experience-led growth.
In Professional Services, we love to show our customers an enjoyable experience, as well as transforming their businesses. With that in mind, after the first day of Summit drew to a close, it was back to the Royal Dock, Victoria and aboard the Sunborne Yacht hotel, where this time we hosted a cocktail party for many valued customers from various companies. The sun shone and the cocktails flowed, sparking great conversation and a fabulous time for all that joined us, proving to be a real highlight for many that attended.
Even after the whirlwind of the previous few days and evenings, Day 2 of Summit was a resounding success. The Adobe stand was once again buzzing with excitement. Even more meetings took place than day one, with customers leaving happy and enlightened.
Our thought leadership break-out sessions proved as popular as ever, across the two days. As usual, the subject matter and quality of thought leaders, as well as speakers from our customers, sparked many debates and discussions and kept everybody engaged:
Adobe Customer Solutions hosted 13 sessions across themes such as Analytics for Customer Journeys, Content & Experience Management, Customer Data Management, Personalized Insights & Engagement, Trends & Inspirations:
As Summit 2023 drew to a close and the Adobe stand was shut down for another year, there was great sense of achievement and of a job well done. After such a successful event, thoughts move to Summit 2024.
